Aron is a basic Steel/Rock-type Pokemon that evolves into Lairon at Level 32 and later into Aggron at Level 42. It was introduced in Generation III and has some solid moves to take advantage of the later-stage battles. Due to their aggressive nature, itās best to use stronger Poke Balls like the Ultra Ball when trying to catch them.
You can usually spot the creature roaming around near the Wild Zone area, and itās fairly easy to catch. However, its evolutions, Lairon and Aggron, are much more challenging, so you will need to weaken them first before adding them to your team.

Where to find Aron, Lairon, and Aggron in Pokemon Legends Z-A
Aron and Lairon’s location in Pokemon Legends Z-A
You can find a couple of Aron and a few Lairon roaming around in Wild Zone 14, which is the western side of the map. Aron usually appears quite often in that area, but finding its first evolution can be a bit tricky. It doesnāt always spawn at the location you visit. However, if that happens, there’s a trick to reset its spawn. Simply fast travel to Quasartico Inc. and enter the HQ.

Once you enter the building, quickly come out and return to the Wild Zone 14 area. This will reset the Pokemon’s spawn chances, and you can easily apply this trick to find it. When you spot it, use an Ultra Ball to catch it easily in one go. However, when it comes to Lairon, youāll need to weaken it first before trying to capture it, as itās a bit tougher to catch right away.

Aggron’s location in Pokemon Legends Z-A
You can find a Level 64 Aggron in Wild Zone 20. Once you reach the area, head toward the center, thatās where it usually appears. Unlike the previous Pokemon, Aggron is much tougher to catch. You will first need to weaken it using your strongest critter (especially a Fighting-type or Ground-type creature) before trying to capture it.

An Ultra Ball will work the best for this ultimate evolution, though it might still take a couple of tries to add it to your team. Alternatively, you can also get this Pokemon by evolving Aron into Lairon at Level 32 and then into Aggron at Level 42.
